Kink Think and Learn: Difficult Conversations in Kink
A class to discuss ways to have hard conversations around negotiations, boundary setting, and boundary violations. How do we navigate difficult conversations? What is communication to you? How difficult conversations can trigger personal traumas and how to communicate when you're triggered.
About the Presenter:
Esjay is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois with a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Esjay is gender fluid and uses she/they pronouns and sometimes he. Esjay has been in the kink community for 2.5 years. She has experience running group discussions, leading folks through difficult conversations, and teaching clients emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.
